Who we are:

Located across the street from the Ritz Carlton, Barefoot Pelican is a boating community on Vanderbilt Bay. Two attractive mid-rise buildings house 60 condominiums - all are 2/bed 2/bath designs. It's unique "tucked-in" location make it convenient to area amenities including Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins Park, and all the famous shopping and restaurants Naples is renowned for.

The Barefoot Pelican Condominium Association is a non-profit company charged with tha task of looking out for the interests of the owners at the Barefoot Pelican.  The association employs a fulltime manager, Shirley Marschke, to carry out day to day operations.
