04/10/2006 - Drain tiling at pool repaired to prevent bathroom flooding. Many thanks to several residents (including some your board members) who donated time and labor to this project. The finished job looks fantastic.

03/25/2006 - Annual meeting of association has been completed. New board members have been elected and voted in.

01/15/2006 - Hurricane repairs have been completed. No trace of its path can be seen. The fishing pier is back in place.

10/25/2005 - Hurricanes swept through Naples, and left some minor damage at The Barefoot Pelican. Damage will be assessed, and repairs scheduled.

08/15/2005 - New patio furniture is here, and is a nice addition to our pool area.

07/10/2005 - Building painting should commence soon after a few spot repairs are completed.
